So. when the dryer starts, it is quiet. After a bit, it hums pretty loudly. It actually hummed, and then didn't hum during the same drying cycle lately. We usually have a heavy load, but I just inspected the drum rollers and tension wheel. They were fine. (FYI. No bearings in my wheels. They are a solid construction and rotate on shafts). I lubed them with a high temp grease, put her all back together (after inspecting the blower wheel. No issues there.) and tried her out with no clothes at all. It started quietly, but started that loud hum very quickly. Any thoughts? Edited by user Sunday, November 1, 2020 3:02:57 PM(UTC)
