Maytag MVWC415EW2 / Commercial Edition

Has a Splutch, took it off and had some grease on it. There was some wear but not sure it was enough to cause a problem.

Agitator seems to spin and there is a slight smell of burning rubber like a vacuum belt.
Its hard to tell because when you open it stops, but appears to have momentum.

I able to spin tub and agitator by hand.

I have considered Starter Cap, Splutch, and Actuator.
I don't think the transmission is stuck since I can turn it.

Any Idea which part it may need ?
