We started remodeling during, load bearing wall removed beam added new floors cabinets etc...
Beam goes up, stove goes back. stove doesn't work.

first I think... well I have this flex hose coming from the shut off. that hose has a safety valve on it where if too much pressure is put through it, it shuts. i figure something got tweaked when moving it and valve did its job and just need a new hose and valve...
I have replaced now everything from the shutoff to the inlet on the unit. Nothing hash helped. I get no odor of gas with all burners turned to high. Sparks on every burner, I have cleaned the burners with soap water and compressed air. I see no obstructions.

the regulator appears to be on the bottom right corner in the back of this machine. It definitely would have been exposed during the moving and beam installation, could this have been bumped and caused the gas to shutoff? I noticed a small safety switch at the top of this presumed regulator. it appears to be in the correct position and operating as it should.

you seem to have some great knowledge on these matters... hope someone has an idea or 2. Im willing to try whatever!!
