I have the 4 door flex zone Samsung refrigerator built in 2018, model RF23J9011SG/AA . As with 80% of the other Samsung refrigerators, the Ice maker Froze up!! I know with other models there is a way to go into Diagnostic mode and force defrost the ice maker. I have been un able to find how to do it on this model, (the display is different than the older models therefore pressing the Freezer and Lighting buttons do not work)

I shut off the fridge for days to defrost and all attempts on resetting this &%*(&%%^$*%*%(^& Ice maker has failed so far. Up for any ideas
