Refrigerator too warm and freezer working properly.

Issue began and checked everything, i.e., cleaned coolinjg coils, checked condenser, cooling fan, etc.

Finally found that pushing on the Temp Control knob would start the motor, but sometimes it wouldn't but twisting the knob would start motor. Now this no longer works.

I have deduced that the Temp Control is defective.

Any other advice appreciated.
