Unit is a Kenmore, model #11044932200. We had 2 blankets in it, it washed and rinsed but then stopped, and F02 came up on the screen. I unplugged it for a bit, then tried "drain/spin" a couple times. It makes noise, like something is going, but the tub doesn't turn, and the water doesn't drain. I took the blankets out, and started over, but same result. There's about 2 inches of water in the tub. The tub spins by hand, so it doesn't seem locked up, I guess. Can anyone help me out? I just had heart surgery a week ago, doesn't this figure. I'll get a helper for the heavy stuff.
