I have this nice fridge that I want to get right for my mom. The freezer is right and about -1, the fridge I have set at 33 but is fluctuates from 39-42. I replaced the thermister in fridge at coils and verified fan operation and defrost cycle once the frost gets to top of coils it cycles.
(and damper operation that I think only goes to the meat drawer).I feel that it cycles too often not allowing the temp to get lower. hence replacing the thermister.I feel with setpoint at 33 that it should get closer to that. Is there another temp sensor that I am missing or is the frost to top of coils controlling all of this? So, fan on as fridge coil cools, frost to top, fan off and defrosts... repeat...thanks in advance. Mike
