My compressor isn't kicking on for my fridge. I check the ohm on the multi phase compressor and they are the same around 16 ohm which is what they should be. I replaced the inverter box and control board and still nothing? I took off the top panel inside the cabinet up where the evaporator coils and fan are and there was a wire that was all taped to the back of the panel and was burned up in a few spots. IS this the issue? Had a repair guy and he wasn't helpful, basically told me to buy a new fridge. what am i missing?
