Hi,
I'm hoping that someone in here has ran into this issue before, I was laying down taking a nap & when my wife got back from grocery shopping she woke me up & said there was water on the floor in front of the freezer section. When I opened the freezer door to investigate, I quickly saw that the bottom of the freezer section had a layer of ice on it. I got rid of that and started looking for an adjustment screw like I've seen on other refrigerators that you can turn and have the heater element turn on manually. I've looked everywhere on this one and didn't see any kind of screw of that type. Isn't there some way to be able to cycle the heater on this model ?
Thanks,
David
