Have a Samsung RF265BEAERSR, when you plug it in it will go through the "Samsung" logo then get straight to recovery mode. At this time none of the touch features on the glass panel will respond. I tried the factory reset switch and it get's me right back to the same place. During the boot sequence you can use the touch panel buttons as you can hear them click when you touch them. I don't have any information other than this was a display model and when they took it off the floor and tried to get it out of demo mode it came up in recovery and they never were able to get it out of recovery mode.
