I have a Kenmore 110.20022013 (type 58707) washer. The washer works correctly unless the load size switch is set to Large -- in this case, the lid locks, but the Sensing light stays on solid and water runs in very small amounts for almost an hour, at which point the Wash light illuminates and the lid unlocks (the washer doesn't actually run). On Medium, everything appears to function properly. I spoke to Sears and they say they are positive it is the actuator. Does this make sense?
