I am getting an LE error. I have replaced the rotor, the stator and the hall sensor.

The rotor still does not want to turn on its own. However, if I give the rotor a little push, even the wrong direction it "wakes up" and will begin to turn.

I'm at a loss.

I may have finally found the issue. One of the blue wires in the wiring harness is testing negative for continuity. New harness will be here tomorrow.
