I have a 2013 Frigidaire FFHS2622MBH side by side.

For several months now the freezer drops temp (alarm goes off and displays HI) and things will start thawing. If I'm home when it occurs I just reset the temp control and its fine...things stay cold. Sometimes it does it once, sometimes it will do it 15 times in a row. It did this for hours yesterday and today it is fine. It will sometimes go a month or 2 in between with no problems.

Yesterday though, was the first time the fridge dropped temp in the same manner.

Any suggestions on what I should try? I had a repair man come out, but of course when he came it was acting fine so he couldn't really diagnose. I think he suggested thermometer and if that didn't work it was likely the motherboard/computer failing.
