I have replaced both the door cam and the bottom frame cam. However, when i close the door the cams don't mesh and the ridge of one sits on top of the ridge on the other. I have replaced the cams twice in the last month or so because they keep wearing of the ridges. I placed them properly in place to no avail. When i first noticed the problem I replaced just the door cam, but had a devil of a time removing it after taking out the screw. Finally with much tugging the cam came out with some insulation attached. The result was a very slightly larger hole for the stem of the new cam to go into. Once I placed the screw the cam felt very secure. After a couple of weeks I could see both cams were wearing so I replaced the frame cam, but still have the same problem.
