My Dyer is not heating. Good Air Flow; check the continuity of : heating element, thermal fuse, high limit thermostat, thermal cut off, operating thermostat; they are fine; followed the advice of the forum and replaced the timer; still no heat. What should I check next? Thanks.

I replaced the heating element(although the old one's continuity tested just fine) and it works now but only on timed dry (and it takes longer than usual, i.e., have to start on the 60 minutes on high heat mode); it does not work on the auto dry mode. Not sure what causes the problem. operating thermostat?
The flexible vent tube feels hot when it runs. Could this be caused by the air flow?
Any idea? Thanks.
