Hello all. I have a Bosch dishwasher that is acting up. They symptoms are that it starts normally and I can hear water running into the unit, but during the cycle there is a loud humming noise a bit into the cycle. The other symptoms are that the "sanitize" cycle never runs (the light never comes on) and the detergent pac is not dissolving. I am having to wash dishes numerous times.

I'm handy enough to fix the unit I believe, but I don't have the background to troubleshoot, and during a pandemic I'm trying to avoid strangers entering my house.

Any advice on where I should start?
