Ok here are the details. My wife did a self clean and the breaker popped. I reset the breaker and oven came back on. The top oven is fine and has no issues. When I turn on the lower oven it tells me preheating but never gets hot. This unit only has an element on the top of the bottom oven. I pulled that element and it tested fine 15.6 ohms. I also tested the temp sensor and it tested around 1100 ohms.

Assuming, the element and temp sensor are good what do I check next? Seems like I'm missing something. Is there a thermal fuse for each oven? Something else? Looking forward to some suggestions.

Thank you
