My Viking french door bottom freezer stopped making ice.
It is Model RVRF3361SS1 and was installed in December 2017.

I noticed that the indicator light said to replace the water filter. So I replaced it with the exact same filter. Still no ice. I tried to reset the "replace filter" light on the door, but when I hold the reset button, it makes a beep but does not change the status -- it still says to replace the filter. I have checked the wire handle at the ice maker unit, and it is set correctly.

I tried removing the filter and reinstalling it. And I powered the refrigerator off and on several times. But nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions?
