Hi. I have a 36 in. Viking dual fuel range. The bake element is only getting slightly warm when the oven is on. Voltage on one side L1 and neutral at the terminal block is 120. Voltage between L2 and neutral is only 43. Voltage across L1 and L2 is 151. Resistance of the element is 16.4 ohms. The broiler elements gets a bit warmer but not where it should be. Any thoughts of what to try next would be greatly appreciated.

I also have a Viking, but which model ? This problem can be both with the heating element itself and with the external one. As far as I understand you wrote about the electric oven ? Or gas ?
