I used my dryer on Sunday just fine. But yesterday my daughter said there was absolutely no heat in the dryer after it running two cycles. I flipped the breaker switches and then turned them back on and tried a cycle on the dryer...no heat. Its cold in there. I touched the back where the heat comes into the drum..cold. My husband is working shutdown so its gonna be up to me to repair. I've replaced belts on both washer and dryer and have replaced a switch on the dryer before. So I'm not afraid to do the work. I don't have a tool to test out connections to see which part doesn't work. Should I get one? If so, what do I get? Or should I just go ahead and replace the thermostat, thermistor, fuse and heating element all at same time? I bought this set on black friday from Lowes in November 2009 and they've been really good to us so gotta keep them going.
