Hello,
I have a White-Westinghouse stackable washer\dryer unit with the dryer producing a loud "thumping-shrieking noise" for the past couple of years. It also takes twice as long to dry laundry. I'm certain both issues are not related, but could use some help resolving each issue. This is our vacation place so we aren't using it except mostly Summer time. I have spoken with Appliance PartsPros people and they offered the following purchase advice. After purchasing and replacing purchased items, the sounds & lack of drying remains unchanged. Any advice of my next step toward resolving this issue will be appreciated. Below I have included purchases from this site:
