Had an overfilling issue and changed the tube and selector. Upon op check I noticed the motor frame tabs rubbing the bottom. There was also small amounts of water drops bouncing out on the agitate. The front "lip" on the basket has a couple of chunks broken off. The spring cups appear to the "bottomed out" when operating. Questions:

1) How heavy is the spring in a new rod/cup? How hard to compress by hand?
2) Can a worn suspension let the basket sink too low and water to slosh out?
3) Are the missing chunks an issue? I'm assuming they were caused by an unbalanced heavy load.

Thanx,
Mike
