It looks like our GE washer gtw460asj5ww is running through the full auto soak cycle even when we don't turn it on. Other than that, it's washing and going through the other cycles fine. So it takes an extra couple hours to do a load. Is the auto soak switch bad, control board... We like the washer.

Please help if you know the issue. We would appreciate the help.
