I have roughly 15 year old unit that recently has started leaving 2 inches of water in the bottom. I've cleaned everything out in the drain system and upon hitting cancel it drains quickly and completely. I've reset multiple times and what I have found is that it gets stuck on wash cycle. It will sit there for over and hour and after operating what sounds like a normal wash procedure for the first 10-15 minutes it just gets stuck. No more washing cycles and eventually it will just move to clean. Float is not stuck and appears to have the click when moved up and down. Trying to determine what to do next. Would prefer to fix this over a new unit but don't want to throw parts at it. Water gets hot and plenty of steam when the door is open when it gets to clean.
