We had our dryer in storage for about a year. After moving back home and plugging the dryer in, it wouldn't turn on. Went through the articles and advice here and checked the thermal fuse and door switch, those both seemed OK. Ordered a new Control Board and installed that. After installation, I now had power but only 1 setting worked and most of the buttons, other than On & Start, wouldn't function. The dryer runs about 10-15 mins then cuts off. Start it again, runs, and then turns off. So I also ordered a User Display and Control Board thinking that it had gone bad. But installing that didn't change anything. Dryer still only has one setting (no clue which one as I can turn the knob and nothing changes) and I can only get it to run for 10-15 mins at a time. Do I have a bad Control Board? Or any other guesses on what might be wrong? Thanks Edited by user Monday, September 23, 2019 4:30:36 AM(UTC)
