Ran the self-clean cycle and the oven stopped working before the cycle was completed. Control panel dark, none of the control keys are responsive.

Here is what I've done.

- Replace the thermal fuse which brought the appliance back to life.
- Control panel illuminated, all keys function.
* Main fan turns on when baking or broiling.
* Interior light turns on when the door is opened or when the light button is pressed.
* Convection fans turns on when selecting convection bake or broil.
* Clock and time features function normally.

Current problem:

Neither the bake nor broil elements heat-up when selecting the respective function.

To diagnose the lack of heating I've done the following using 2 different digital multi-meters

- Checked continuity of the bake and broil heating elements.
* Both have continuity and a measured resistance of 14.4 and 20.6 ohms for the broil and bake elements, respectively.

- Oven cavity temperature probe has a measured resistance of 1048 ohms. For completeness I swapped in brand new probe with no effect. Still no heat.

- Verified wall power by measuring the voltage at the terminal block.
* Between red and neutral 118.3 volts
* Between black and neutral 118.3 volts
* Between black and red 236.9 volts

- Examined all wire connections at the heating elements and none show any sign of scorching or heat damage.

- Using a clamp-on ammeter I measure the amperage on the heating elements and measures between 0.3 and 0.5 amperes. Seems low compared to the ~1 amp of current consumed by the small fan at the back of the oven.

The only other item that could be the issue, as far as I know, is the possibility that the main control board was affected by the self-clean cycle.

Anyone have any other items I could check?

Sincerely,

Eric
