I'm hoping someone can advise me on what to try next with my problem. I had two dual element burners that weren't working, so I ordered two new dual element burners and replaced them. One of them is working perfectly now, but the other still has the same problem it had before; the outside element in the burner will not heat, but the inside element works fine. This problem started years ago with the old burner and I suspect something with the switch or controller, but it's all electronic, so I don't know where to begin. Any advice would be appreciated.
