I have a GE Profile french-door freezer/fridge -- model number PSS26NSTCSS.

With freezer door closed, "water" button selected and the dispesning lever pushed, it dispenses water.

However, with either crushed or cubed ice buttons pushed, the solennoid lifs up to allow the ice "hatch" to open, but the auger motor doesn't turn. Again, this is the same regardless if the "crushed" or the "cubed" button is pushed.

I replaced the auger motor with a brand new one but this did not fix the issue.

What suggestions do people have on what to look/check for as I try to remedy this issue?
