My whirlpool dryer was manufactured in 2009. The front panel is different then the one in video repair. The panel does not tilt and pop out looks like panel is integral to ring around door. Can anyone help me with this. I took off the back panel and lower front vacuumed out all the lint cleaned blower. Also replaced tension pulley which was bound. I even took off the door but still could not remove top control panel.
