I've got a 13 year old KitchenAid KSCS25INSS00 side-by-side with an ice maker that stopped ejecting cubes a few weeks ago.

I popped the ice maker unit out and carefully cleaned out the "mold" where the cubes are formed and reinstalled. It worked for a week or so but then got stuck again.

I repeated the procedure and it worked for a few days before getting stuck again.

In each case, the "mold" has a normal amount of ice and the "tines" that push the cubes out appear to be pointing up and somewhat outward (toward me).

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!
