Hey everyone --

I noticed today that my left door (where water/ice dispenser is) wasn't fully sealing.

Ever since I had the fridge installed in Feb. 2018, there's always been some moisture buildup on the inside, and I never thought anything of it. I started noticing that the mullion wasn't fully catching the track guide at the top. The spring in the door was fine, which appeared to be what everyone else out in the web had issue with, so I just shrugged and thought it must be part of the design.

This is when I noticed the seal on the left most side of the door isn't making full contact with the housing.

I then looked at the bottom of the door, and noticed the same problem.

This explains why there's been so much moisture buildup on the inside.

This led me to look into the what why - and all I can figure is the door appears to be warped. The bottom most shelf on this door appears to be concave. The bottom shelf almost won't come out because of it.

Then at the top, it looks like the entire plastic internal housing is sagging

I'm just outside the one year warranty with Samsung by a few months, so I have a feeling that getting their help is next to impossible.

So -- all this to ask... Is this something that can be fixed, or does the entire door need replaced? Any guidance would be very much appreciated.
