I have a Jenn-Air JIM158XBRS2 freestanding ice maker that won’t make ice. It started by making a horrible squealing sound from one of the pumps. I replaced both pumps and the sensor. Now it works fine for a bit but it seems like the water tray isn’t filling up enough to make ice. It starts to fill up enough to get it going with water to the top, but then doesn’t refill enough. The pump keeps pumping but no water is running over the ice making sheet (thingy). If I fill the water tray with water it works fine for a cycle, then drains and doesn’t fill up enough again. Not sure what to do next.

Also, does this model have a water filter? I can’t find it if it does.
