While delivering ice through the door, the lights on front panel of dispenser goes off and ice stops. In second or two the lights turn back on and delivery starts back up. This cycles through several times and will take about a minute to fill a small glass with ice.

I need to know how to check if this is the motor or some overload protections somewhere.
