Hello,

I have roughly 12 years old Kenmore Elite Induction Range. The initial problem was that it would take in the morning roughly 10 tries before the stove would stay on and it would throw error codes E32 & E72.

I had the following two parts replaced by service plan:
- Oven & Clock control, part #316577014
- Induction Module Assembly, part #318329601

After these parts were replaced we started receiving error E21, the repairman claimed it was for bad keypad, which I assume means Control Panel Assembly, part #318335883. Obviously if this is the part that is the problem I will move on to a new range...

Any advice as to whether I should try to troubleshoot something before giving up on this range.

Regards,
Juha
