While your video helped some it failed to explain difficulties with 20” range/oven located in a small apartment. Working inside a small oven is difficult. Your caution @wires of bake element was helpful but my GE had very small holes in back, not the large rectangular hole in your video. I could barely pull connections out & they would pull back in every moment. I struggled to keep them out as I tried plugging in bake unit. My final fix was using dinner forks to keep contacts from falling in holes.
