Hi!

I am new to this forum and hope someone can help.

I remove my oven door as per the manual in order to clean it. When it was time to reinstall it, the soft close feature stopped working. I can see that the mechanism is there next to the right hinge inside the oven body but the hinge locking latch seems to interfere with it and won't allow it to make contact with the door itself. I do not think anything is broken, just not installed in the right sequence. I cannot find any reference on how the soft close pusher should be set positioned when i reinstall the door. Advice? Thanks!
