I'm going to be helping a neighbor with her cooktop. It's a four burner gas GE. Only two of the four burners ignite. On the two that don't, the igniter still clicks but no ignition. The burner will light however if you hold a lighter to it and turn the knob on for gas. Can you tell me how I might diagnose this so I can order parts and repair it for her?
