washer only spins in perma press cycle other two cycles won't drainor spin, but continues to off. somtimes if it is turned manually to one of the other cycles it will spin , but not all the time.

Check the motor for continuity between the White & Blue and between White/Black & Blue terminals. Post the results.

the console looks a little different , do the let and right plastis pieces just pry off/

Dave,

There are two clips (#8 on the diagram). Push them with a putty knife to release. Be careful not to damage the paint.

now she says there is some kind of brown stuff on the clothing, not oil, it just crumbles in her hand. all she washed was underwear so nothing in pockets.do I have two problems?
