My dishwasher isn't running through the cycle. When I start the cycle it will run water for a couple minutes then nothing. All the lights on the panel start flashing as soon as I start it. I've searched on how to run the diagnostic cycle but haven't been able to find it online anywhere. Can anyone help me out with this? Thank you, Allison

aliaugi Thank you for your question. The SERVICE MODE shall be entered by simultaneously pressing keypads #8 and #4 for 3 seconds while the DW is in STANDBY MODE. Keypad number counts from the right to the left. The SERVICE MODE allows you to independently control the various components of the dishwasher. In order to exit the SERVICE MODE, press the START/RESET keypad at any time. The DW will exit out of SERVICE MODE automatically if the keypads are inactive for 5 minutes. Key #1 – Activates the Main pump for 2 minutes max. Key #2 - auxiliary pump for 1 min Key #3 - detergent/rinse aid module for 60 seconds Key #6 - water valve for 1 min Key #7 - heater 2 min When control is activated in the SERVICE MODE, the output shall continue to remain active (ON) until the maximum time has expired or another keypad is pressed. Once the Water Valve (keypad #6) is activated, the microprocessor must perform a drain cycle to pump out the water before exiting SERVICE MODE. Here are the parts diagrams for GE dishwasher Model GLD4500R00BB
Please keep us posted. Gene.
