The icemaker cycles but is making no ice. When I grab the water feed tube and try to move it, I hear crunching as though there is ice built up inside of it. I happened to catch the ice tray cycling as if to eject ice, so I reached around back and put my fingers on the valve to see if I could feel the solenoid click. I held them there for three minutes and felt nothing. I figured that was enough time for the valve to attempt to refill the tray.

My assumptions: The control unit is fine because the ice maker cycles. The dual valve has failed on the ice side, as I can still dispense water. I need to replace the dual valve assembly.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks.
