OK I need to replace the control module WD21X10370 on my GE Profile dishwasher. I removed the screws on the door no problem. There are 2 cables connecting the LCD display on the top of the door to the control module, I removed the wide ribbon cable one with a bit of effort. The other cable which is behind the ribbon cable will not budge. The way its located there is no real way I can get any purchase on the plastic connector, the only other way is to try and remove it by pulling the wires but I am scared I will damage the connector doing it this way. So do I have to remove by pulling the wires or is there another way.

Thanks
