dishwasher starts then goes to reading clean before any cycles have run.
I accessed the customer service program and concluded the main control unit was likely the problem.
while in the customer service program I was able to get dishwasher into the heavy wash cycle only.
After several months that stopped working so I went ahead and installed the new control unit.
That did not solve problem but I was once again able to access heavy wash cycle from the customer service program.
