Just moved into a new house with this fridge. The Ice machine is full. but it will not dispense water or ice. I read up and watched the videos on APP.com I removed the face-plate and accessed the ice/water controller board.. I was able to successfully activate the water by removing the 3 wire switch connector and crossing the leads on the board with a screw driver. however doing this in ice mode caused the solenoid to move slightly (not enough to open up the ice dispenser door) and did not activate the auger. It looks like I have a bad switch. but before I buy more parts I would love to get a opinion on what other parts I need to replace.
