I was given a gas dryer, condition unknown. Model LGR3624JQ0. Took the back off to discover that a part is missing (see pic.) From the diagrams online it looks like I need to order the thermal cut off kit? If that is the part I need to buy it consists of two pieces. Which if the two pieces goes in the empty spot? Thanks for any help you can provide!

Can't seem to upload images so I'll try my best to describe it. On the back left of the dryer on the blower housing there's a white plastic fuse and cycling thermostat. On the right there is a metal column which goes from the flame into the drum. At the top there are two wires, which is what I'm trying to figure out what goes there. The videos I find online all show places for two devices but mine only has one. From what I can tell in the kit there is a thermostat and thermal cut off. If there is only a spot for one of these which goes there?
