My GE DHDSR46EE0WW is not producing any heat. To make a long story short, the dryer is located in a detached garage. Started a load one Sunday evening meaning to remove the load later that night. Forgot and remembered the load Wednesday only to find the dryer still running. The timer was bad and not advancing. Ordered a new timer from AppliancePartsPros and the timer is now working, but no heat. Tested all thermostats for continuity and they passed. Tested the heating elements - good continuity and about 18 ohms resistance each on each element. Tested the resistor in the panel (cannot recall the name but IIRC @4,500 ohm resistor) and it checks out good. Finally tested voltage at the plug and have 240 volts there but only 120 volts at the heating elements. Looking at the schematic and I am uncertain where to check to figure out the faulty part. Can someone advise? Thanks.
