We bought this refrigerator new. It worked great until a couple months ago. There isn't a water line to it, so the water that's building up and freezing is possibly from condensation, but not sure how to stop it. I called the store where we bought it and have tried their suggestions, lifting the metal arm and turning the ice maker off. Resetting the container the holds ice so it was correctly seated. I'm not sure what the problem could be or where to look. :confused:Any suggestions would be great! Thank you
