Hi. I have an old GE Potscrubber 2800 dishwasher that was worked wonderfully until 2 weeks ago. Every time I run it, it gives a code on the digital display, "blocked drain" (partial clog). I look inside and the base is empty. It will continue to finish washing and drying. And now it is giving me a "C2 blocked drain" (total clog) code and stops running. I open it immediately (I spend my evenings keeping an eye on it to figure out when it stops - totally random) and it is empty - no water. So the machine is draining and yet gives me an error code. I reset it and depending on where it stopped I do a rinse and hold or a short wash. I have no idea where to start other than it is giving a false error code. Any ideas? My husband is deployed and he is the handy man around here. I *really* need my dishwasher with my 3 kids. I am a bit handy if someone can tell me what to try. Where would I even order parts for a machine this old?
Thank so much!!

Did you ever get a resolution or solution to this problem? I have exactly the same problem with GSD 2800 L03 GE dishwasher (now 23 years old). The C2 blocked drain code comes on when the dishwasher drains, but I have thoroughly checked all the hoses - everything - and there is no blockage anywhere.

Would DEARLY love to know if you found a solution to this. You can email me at jamesclose@earthlink.net if that is any easier - actually you may want to do that anyway because I don't know if there is a notification service if you reply here.
