samsung dryer wont run

samsung dryer, just replaced drum rollers and belt, when i went to restart the control panel lit up, door light worked but the dryer wouldnt start. checked continuity on the door switch, and both thermal fuses, all good, have 240volts at the outlet. any ideas ?
