The machine agitates just fine but when it goes to the spin/rinse cycle it makes a loud noise and does not spin. It is not the coupling or the clutch (replaced both already) and it is still very noisy.

When empty and powered down, the drum does not spin freely either. I think it might be a bearing as it does not want to spin at all.

Help please!
