Summary: received F20 error after cleaning/replacing drain filter and pump

Brand: Whirlpool Duet Steam

Model #: WFW9600TA01

Error: F20

While washing a load of laundry, I received an F20 error on the display panel.
I checked the tub tubbing and did not find anything that could block the drain
checked the Washer Inlet value filters and cleaned them
I replaced the water hoses with new ones and checked that there was enough pressure
I removed the washer bottom plate and cleaned the drain filter and pulled out small items including baby socks

I ran a spin/drain cycle and it looked to work fine. I ran a rinse/spin cycle and got a F20 error. I reset the washer and ran a drain/spin cycle and got a SUD error.

Checked a few more cables/tubes and everything looked in decent condition
Ran a normal cycle and got an F20 error 6 minutes in
Reset the washer and ran a drain/spin cycle, the water no longer drained
I placed my hand on the drain pump and it was vibrating just lightly and was not draining

I purchased a new drain pump and replaced this.
Rinse/spin cycle now works
Spin/Drain cycle now works every time
Clean machine cycle also now works fine
Ran normal wash cycle and in 4-8 minutes I got another F20 error
Reset the washer and spin/drain works, rinse spin works, and now quick wash works
Checked all tubes/connections again and ran normal cycle, F20 error
Tried several more cycles and the small ones work (hand wash, quick wash, etc.)
Normal, bulky, etc. all give F20 errors

Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be the problem? The wash drains fine on quick settings and it is a new pump, so I believe I have fixed the drain issues.

I was looking at the water inlet and it appears fine and was clean. With the other cycles working, I am not sure this is the issue. The pressure hose appears fine, but I plan to replace this anyway since half the machine is apart and this is an inexpensive item.

Any help would be appreciated.
